Duffis Leben

Hello, I’m Daniela and I’m 20 years old. I was born in Leipzig Connewitz and with one year my mother and me moved to Leipzig Großzschocher, where we live since this time in a nice small two-room-flat.
My mother works in the savings bank as a member of the stuff council. Often I’m alone at home, so I can do what I want, that’s really good. She’s often in the Switzerland of Saxony/Saxon Switzerland, where her boyfriend lives. On the first weekend in February there is the carnival of the skippers/bargees. It’s every time very funny there, with a friend I go in the carnivals procession as a sutler.
Back to my life/education. In my early years I visit the children garden next to our residential block. Often my grandpa picked me up and we had a lot of time with much fun together. In 1993 has began my school education with four years on the primary school in Leipzig Großzschocher. In 1997 I have moved to the grammar school Johannes-Kepler, where I did my final examination in 2005. In September 2005 started my school training to a Medical Record Administrator at the vocational college 9 in Leipzig. In this training we learn to deal with diseases, how to register and evaluate data, to archive patient documents, to investigate and also to communicate. We have to do three practical works in the training. My first I did in the hospital of the federal armed forces in Leipzig. In the second I get to know the other side, because I was in a health insurance in Kempten. The vocational training goes on three years, so I hope I will be ready in 2008. Following I will move to the Allgäu and looking there for a job. As a Medical Record Administrator I can work for example in hospitals, physician surgeries, medical libraries, rehabilitation hospitals or in research centres.
Why I want to move to the Allgäu is because of my boyfriend, he lives there. But also I like the landscape there, with the high mountains and the beautiful nature. There you can go bicycling along the rivers, go on a walk through the woods or ride motorcycle over the passes. Its fantastic.
In my free time I like to go on holiday with friends. For me its interesting to get to know new/other landscapes and cities. In this summer I will stay for a week with a friend on the Baltic Sea to relax, visit cities like Lübeck or Grömitz and go for long walks along the coast. After this I will go bicycling for three weeks with my boyfriend along the river Neiße, Oder and the Baltic Sea. In former times I stay on holiday with my mother for several times in the year. So we visit landscapes like the forest of Thuringia/Thuringia forest, the Ore/Erz Mountains and cities like Helsinki, St. Petersburg, London, Stockholm, Oslo, Berlin and many other things.
When I’m at home I use my time to meet friends, go bicycling, do puzzles, collect postcards or to make music – I played accordion in an orchestra since last year, I sing in a choir and I play the keyboard for my own. In the summer months I often stay in the garden and do barbecue.
